Is she good enough?

He left although he said she was amazing, beautiful and smart,

All these good qualities only led to a broken heart,

She had all the skills required by the job offer,

Despite all this, no recruiter has hired her.

Is she good enough?

Why is her path so rough? 

What does she lack to meet the criteria? 

Why does she feel rejected as if she was a bacteria?

People from all over the world are following her writings,

Some even find that her poems are touching,

Does she live in a parallel world?

When will she finally find peace? When will she stop fighting and get rid of her sword?

Don’t worry, girl, and trust me,

If you do your best, you don’t have to be sorry,

I know you have more than one string to your bow,

I know that happiness will eventually eclipse your sorrow. 

You are good enough just the way you are, do not be discouraged by negative people,

Take a deep breath and don’t give up the battle,

Stay true to yourself and to your convictions,

One day you’ll be able to accomplish your mission…
