To all the girls who feel uncertain, stop comparing yourselves to others,
Better to be fresh and healthy than look like a walking skeleton,
Fitting into size zero jeans will not make you happier,
Reveal your own personality, please don’t be a mutton!
You are amazing as you are, no matter the weight displayed on your scale,
Charm has more appeal than a frozen beauty,
Forget the magazines and their photoshopped covers that guide you on the wrong trail,
Just believe in yourself and ignore the nasty.
You are amazing as you are, with your values and ideas,
The authenticity of your smile surpasses all makeup,
Those who make themselves vomit to reach extreme leanness suffer from a disease,
Don’t fall into the trap, please do not skip your sup’.
You are amazing as you are, whatever your journey,
Some need more time than others but it doesn’t stop them from succeeding,
The world does not only need doctors or attorneys,
Love what you do and what you are to stay motivated every morning…
